Product Details：

◆Normal live cells have a complete membrane structure that repels trypan blue dyes, preventing it from entering the cell. However, dead cells or cells with an incomplete membrane have an increased transparency and can be stained by trypan blue dyes. After staining, it is possible to count cells and calculate cell survival rate relatively precisely.
