Quality Control
Junocare consists of three main lines of production: single-use samplers, IVD consumables and automated slide processors. Each production line is GMP approved by the Chinese National Medical Products Administration.
In the process of production, Junocare always places the utmost emphasis on all quality metrics, down to the smallest details. We only use the highest quality raw materials for our reagents, stains, and consumables, carefully selected to achieve our desired effect. Our automated slide processor uses the Swiss Tecan platform, and is the only company in China to do so. Having completed the Chinese National Medical Products Administration GMP approval process three times, we have a rigorous production process, our factory floors are carefully monitored and inspected, our staff is diligently trained and our quality control standards are vigorously enforced. In addition, we operate both 100,000 class and 10,000 class clarification plants in our factory to suit our production needs.
