Product Details：

◆When staining positive bacteria with Gram’s stain, the initial crystal violet staining and the iodine staining will react to create a non-soluble compound material, which retains the cell wall structure and ensures that color won’t wash away. Negative bacteria are not able to form a complete compound material to prevent washing, and will be dyed red in further staining processes. Gram’s staining reaction is an important method for identifying bacteria.

◆ Used for clinical identification of bacteria, with purple being positive and red being negative
